New Years Resolutions. Love them or hate them, it's that time of year and I'm choosing to embrace the concept. The extent of my embrace is the subject of another post, but one of my 2019 goals is to "EXPLORE". So get ready for a bunch of 'Get out there' posts with new trails, new … Continue reading Get out there- Werribee Gorge circuit track

Serious business this trail running! Macedon Ranges Walking track today, no clue where I was going! This shit is probably why I fall over so much. GPS was dodgy, snacks were on point. If we want to keep running mate, apparently we have to do the weights too! 😳😬😩 Weekend fun at warby! Add it to your bucket list for next year! Adding to the collection today with a solid 27k at Warby trail fest! Always a great event, probably the most running I’ve done in a while at a trail run, and super fun to run with Morgs and Megs, although they probably wished they had brought earplugs! 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year, for 12 years! Because it didn’t happen if it’s not on Strava, instagram, the go pro and all the things! Injury update: I have a lazy arse! Behind the scenes of a trail running trip to New Zealand! It’s all fun and games until you have to get your gear back through quarantine! Not gunna lie, looking forward to coming home at the end of the week, but it would be rude to not keep getting out when the trails look like this
